Aged Pine? What? You mean old pine? Nope. So it’s scratched, beat up, glazed? Somewhat, maybe, but that’s not the point! The point is we want to duplicate the centuries old heartpine* tables in both structure and appearance as close as possible. Old Southern Yellow pine is beautiful because age has caused the hard grain to gradually, over many years, turn dark burnt-red. That’s exactly what we do with our process, but we do it now, not in 50 or so years. With our Aged Pine we can reproduce every detail of the antique tables and exaggerate the gorgeous look of old heartpine*
